How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

The cache, located on a small rocky outcrop, overlooks an old wooden trestle bridge on the Stanthorpe/Wallangra railway line.

The railway line is no longer in use for regular rail services. However, it is heritage listed and still used from time to time for historic steam train rides.

If taking the direct route to the cache...please do not attempt to park on the side of the road (New England Highway). There is an adequate parking spot on the cnr of the New England Highway and Limberlost Road.

Alternatively you could visit a winery and then drive along the the nearby Sutton Lane. The winery (sorry cant mention trade names in logs) is well worth a visit. From the winery, take care, Sutton Lane is a dirt track.
