The area here is very rocky. You can park close by, but you'll have to navigate some rough terrain on foot.
There's a lot of graffiti near this spot. Most of it very detailed, and some of it could be considered art as well as vandalism. This is also a great place to practice Cache In, Trash Out. There's quite a bit of litter, which also helps the cache's camouflage.
The container is a repurposed plastic lemonade mix jar. It's got some classy duct tape covering it.
