Park at the coordinates below (end of 240th St.) and take the trail straight back. Enjoy the scenery on the way. Cache (mayo jar) is very close to the trail. Just a nice walk in the woods – note some of the large white pines and poplar trees in the area.
The Cylon Marsh Wildlife Area is over 2500 acres of woodlands, prairie, and wetlands. Nice property to view a variety of wildlife, birds, and waterfowl. Nice place for a hike – bring the snowshoe’s in the winter. Hunting is allowed here in season, so attire yourself appropriately during those seasons. Enjoy!
