This is a Nano cache with easy access by foot and vehicle. Could be treated as a 'drive by' or included on a walk from Ashbourne to the beautiful village of Osmaston. Or you could park in the village of Osmaston and do a circuit on the footpaths that criss cross the area. A nice easy walk of about 3 miles across fields. In the interest of safety it is not recommended that the local roads (which are narrow) are used as footpaths
This is a Nano cahe so does not contain anything but a small strip of paper to record your visit. You will need to bring your own writing implement. The cache is situated close to the roadside on the route from Ashbourne to Osmaston or if you are walking along Bonny Prince Charlie's footpath a detour will be required of about 400 metres once you cross the Ashbourne bypass where great care should be taken whilst crossing the road.
