This cache is located under a bridge over the Fraser River.
The Fraser River is named for an early pioneer of the area, William Fraser, who was a partner in Earnscleugh Station. He sold stores to gold diggers during the gold rush of the 1860s and provided a ferry service across the Clutha.
He was later elected to parliament and was eventually knighted.
Cache is a tic tac box wrapped in black duct tape, containing logbook and pencil only. No pencil sharpener so you may need to bring your own pen.
Watch out for the river, and don't fall in!
