Geocache Description:

You will be looking for an ammo box once you've got the actual coordinates. Parking will be in an unlocked parking lot near the entrance to the trail. Don't park on the street. A gate will be up but just step through it. Permission has been given.

As children, we often spent time at these two local city parks. From baseball games to swimming and even playing in the local creek were activities that kept us entertained in a time of no internet, ipods, wiis games and much less, GPS. Playing this game brought back fond memories of my youth. Maybe it will for you too.

THE LISTED COORDINATES ARE NOT THE LOCATION OF THE CACHE. They are the starting point of the compass course. Your compass navigating skills must be up to date for this one. Don't worry about compensating for declination.

The starting point will take you to a sign for the first leg of several. Answer the questions to retrive the numbers to the coordinates.

The actual cache cordinates are:
N 35* 00._ _ _
W 078* 21._ _ _

1. At the starting point, find the second number in the phone number extension for the first missing # in north.

2.From this post, take a 90 degree heading for 160 feet and determine the number of seats on this ride for the second missing # in north.

3.From this point, take a 282 degree heading for 93 feet and count the number of trees in this bunch for the last # in north.

4.From this point, take a 126 degree heading for 114 feet to see what # this object ressembles for the first missing # in west.

5.From this point, take a 357 degree heading for 84 feet and count the wheels on this playground toy to get the second missing # in west.

6. And finally, take a 200 degree heading for 42 feet and count the number of wheels on this section (ONLY) of this playground vehicle to get the last # in west. NOTE!! Do not count the wheels on both, only one. You'd better have your compass heading right on this part or we might be searching for you instead of you searching for us. Good Luck!

If no one logs this cache as a find for 30 days, I will provide a hint.

Original contents are various survival tools.

The FTF will get a new Type III compass. Good Luck!
