How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Ever had a busy caching day? Ever had a busy well-rounded caching day? Here's your chance to tell us about it!

The Cache IS at the posted coordinates but there is an Additional Logging Requirement. Logs not complying with this requirement will be deleted.

The Challenge

In order to log a find you must fulfill the Additional Logging Requirement of having found at least

Six Different Cache Types in One Day

Logging and Verification

Now tell us all about your One Busy Day! In your log please tell us about your adventures on That Busy Day. Logs that say "THTC" or "found with XYZ" will NOT meet the requirements of logging. The purpose is to tell everyone how busy your day was, and how you were able to find all the caches in one day.

You will need to create a public bookmark list showing your finds as well as this cache, or simply listing the caches that you found in your log. The bookmark would be preferred. After your log we will use your bookmark to verify your finds.

For example:

Here is a great log from the FTF'ers of the Georgia Busy Day with all 8 of their caches and the finial found on the same busy day, a Team from Columbus, Georgia fatkidsOTWunite

Here is their Bookmark List.

Or they could just add the list in their log this way.

The Cache

Lots of parking! This is a Cobb County Park the hours are 7 AM to 12 Midnight.
After your Busy Day, come and relax on the short stroll to the cache in the Big Shanty Park. 0.1 miles to the cache one way on level ground, but not wheelchair friendly as it is just off a trail. You are looking for an ammo can. Please rehide the cache well.

  • Complete the Challenge. (Satisfy the ALR.)
  • Find the cache.
  • Sign the log. The date would be appreciated.
  • Trade up, trade even, or don't trade.
  • Re-hide the cache well.
  • Log your find online.

    Rules and Regulations

    • This Unknown (Mystery) cache does NOT count toward the six Cache Types needed for the Challenge.
    • There are no date restrictions for this Challenge. Previous finds DO count, so you may already qualify.
    • All cache types past, present, and future ARE allowed for this Challenge: Traditional, Multi-cache, Virtual, Letterbox Hybrid, Unknown (Mystery), Webcam, Wherigo, Earthcache, Event, CITO, Mega-Event, Project APE, Maze Adventure Exhibit, and Locationless (Reverse)
    • Bonus points for finding a benchmark on the same day, but benchmarks do NOT count toward your six.
    • BTW you do not have to stop at six, the more the merrier
    • If you haven't yet qualified, feel free to visit the cache, pick up or drop off trackables, and post a note, but in order to log a find, you must visit the cache and sign the log AFTER you have fulfilled the requirements.

This Challenge is open to everyone. Feel free to contact me to make wheelchair accessible arrangements.

Congratulations to fatkidsOTWunite for the One Day FTF by completing all plus the final in one day!
