Come join your fellow geocachers for a breakfast meet and greet!
The first Saturday in February is National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day. The crazy people at PAGA (Pittsburgh Area Geocaching Association) thought this would be a great time to get together on a snowy day and share tales of geocaching adventures.
Join us for some ice cream, breakfast, and fun at Eat'n Park at the Waterfront. Eat'n Park has a breakfast buffet besides their usual menu. If you wish to eat, just give the waitress your order and pay for your meal when you leave. We have the party room in the back reserved for up to 40 people. We're working with the restaurant to see if they can provide a sundae bar for our group. The event will start at 9 A.M. and go until 12 noon.
Bring your geocoins and TBs to move along or coins or pathtags to share.
For the first 50 geocaching names logged in to the official PAGA sign-in book, there will be a special limited edition "Ice Cream For Breakfast" pathtag available as a special prize for coming out on such a cold morning.
The address for the restaurant is: 245 East Waterfront Drive, Homestead, PA 15120. It is conveniently located just off the Homestead Greys Bridge and Route 837 in the new Waterfront shopping complex.
PAGA is a group of local cachers who enjoy caching for the fun and sport. We like all kinds of caches and allow everyone to cache in their own way. We are also a friendly bunch, and like to get together for socials to share our tales of conquest in the geocaching world
So come celebrate such an unusual holiday with your unusual geo-friends, and maybe even catch a few nearby caches if it isn't too cold!
