Geocache Description:

This is a relatively easy two stage multi-cache. The first set of coordinates takes you to the place where a church once stood in the small town of Converse, Missouri. At one time, this town had a store, a school, a church, and its own post office. The cemetery and a couple of nearby farmhouses are about all that remain. Small towns like this one once dotted the landscape of rural Missouri. A whole lot of history took place on the back roads in this country, little of which actually made its way into the history books. Enjoy the cache, but don't miss the scenery along the way.

To determine the coordinates for the final cache, first examine the monument dedicated to the founders and members of Converse Church.

What number appears on the bell that once hung in Converse Church?

Answer: AB

In what year was the monument dedicated?

Answer: CDEF

The plaque on the monument states that it is dedicated "TO THE MEMORY OF THE FOUNDERS AND MEMBERS OF THE CONVERSE CHURCH THAT SERVED FROM 18G4 - 1HJ6". Fill in the missing numbers to complete the coordinates for the final cache.

The final cache is located at:

N 39°AB.F0E'
W 094°CJ.DGH'

The cache is located on private property (permission obtained), but you do not have to cross any fences or other barriers to retrieve it.
