Parking is abundant, but so are the muggles. They tend to come in waves, just like the fish, so use stealth. In fact, this is a really good one to do in the middle of the night.
Bonus — There is a permanent travel bug attached to the cache container. Its name, naturally, is Bugs Don't Wear Mohawks. Discoveries only; it is not to be taken with you, which will be pretty obvious once you see it.
