Geocache Description:

***THIS CACHE IS CURRENTLY MISSING, WILL GET IT REPLACED SOON*** This cache can be driven to, if you have a 4 wheel drive and some ground clearance, and landowner permission. However, it is an unimproved road that crosses private property, so my suggestion is a hike.

It is a 20 minute hike that starts at the end of Gangl Road. Take Exit 40 off I-82 southbound, turn left onto Thorp Rd and the second right immediately after the road turns onto Gangl Rd. The more improved lignin coated gravel road comes to a an intersection, and the private road straight ahead is the trail to the top of the ridge. It is roughly a 1.5 mile hike with 800 vertical feet of elevation gain. Wildlife you may see include coyote, chuckar (hingarian partridge), quail, deer, and maybe the occasional rattlesnake (though I have never seen one). Good luck!
