The area is a street that was closed back
when TDOT widened another nearby road. Instead of ripping up
the road, they put up signs and a fence with a break in the
fence for people walking.
This is yet another P&G cache. You will be able to drive right
up to the cache and if your vehicle is the right height, you may be
able to just grab the cache without even stepping out of the
vehicle. Beware! This is a high muggle area due to road traffic at
times for which I gave this a difficulty of 2.
