Bingo Dee Dee's Lost Arizona Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team catlin: The last visitor to Bingo Dee Dee's Lost Arizona Cache reported it he found it strewn about the area. Team Catlin went up to perform maintenance this morning and found that the area had been vandalized. While it is in a desert location and a little hike to it, there were broken beer bottles about and all along the trail someone had up-ended large rocks and rolled them down the hill. Several natural rock groups were destroyed, including our hiding place. Whoever had found our cache had destroyed it as well. Leaving some of the small items and the log book...but took all the good stuff we had in there! Unfortunately, all people are not nice. Fortunately, from the online log, it does not appear that there were any travel bugs in it at the time. Thank you to those who wrote in the log. We are archiving it at this time, and will place Bingo Dee Dee's Lost Arizona Cache in another location at a future date. Cache on everyone!!!

Geocache Description:

Cache is a desert hide. Parking on side of dead end street. Easy hike, about 1/4 mile at most, with some elevation gain. There are loose rocks, and assorted desert plants and critters, so proper shoes should be worn.

My sister Dee Dee lives in Oregon. She sent this cache to me to hide, so it has been named after her. It is a cammo'd sport type water bottle. Initial contents include: A Bingo Dee Dee card, good for a free game of bingo if visiting Grants Pass, Oregon; a rubber frog; a couple of pens; a highlighter; button jewel; punch ball; a cammo'd micro cache for your use; Raven Chase.com coin; Hanna Montana multicolor pen.

Enjoy the vista, beautiful view of the valley. Also look for the balancing rock. Can you spot the "walking man" saguaro cactus? (Look east up the canyon, on side of mountain from where cache location is).
