MUSH Traditional Cache

Located near a winter warming hut. Paved road the whole way but winter time roads are only plowed daylight hours.
This was placed while I was helping out with the Siskiyou Dog Sled Race. This year's race (2009) included California's first Iditarod qualifier race. This was the half-way mark for the 220 mile race and the end of the 110 mile race. Here racers had a 4 hr. rest break and vet check for the dogs. Cache is a camoed jar.
