Gateway to Cohutta Springs

Welcome to one of the most beautiful spots in north Georgia. I always enjoy traveling along Hwy. 411 because it is so scenic. Most of the time when I travel Hwy. 411, it is only a 10 mile stretch between Crandall and Chatsworth. This past weekend however, I had the awesome opportunity to travel from Crandall all the way to Fairmount on Hwy. 411. Their is something about this part of the country that make trips like that so much fun.

The part I especially enjoyed was finding the occational geocache along the way. I would travel about 10-15 miles, stop for a cache, travel another 10-15 miles, stop for a cache, and so on. This cache is my contribution along Hwy. 411 with the intention of travelers such as myself having another cache to brighten a trip.

This cache is located near where I have spent my last two summers working. Many people have asked where I have been all summer, and the answer to the question is right here in the small Cohutta Springs community.

You are looking for a magnetic micro....so be sure to bring a pen along to sign the log.
