Geocache Description:


The cache is located in Becker Park in Roseland, New Jersey. A visit to the contiguous Walter Kidde Dinosaur Park ( Becker V2.0 - GC48F2 ) is highly recommended.

Completing all 3 "Hadrosaurus" caches will take you on a counterclockwise loop hike starting and ending at the suggested parking on Locust Ave. See the Becker Park Map and Directions (Image 1).





Coprolites are fossilized feces. Dinosaur coprolites or Dino Poop, may show fossils of plant material indicating an herbivorous diet, bones indicating a carnivorous diet or rarely both, indicating an omnivorous diet. Coprolites also provide valuable information about the habitat that the Dinosaur lived in.

Follow directions in the WAYPOINTS section for a comfortable hike with a short bushwhack to the"Dino Poop" and the Cache!
