Geocache Description:

We've all heard of the legend of John Henry and his steel driving on the Railroad. Well here is a chance to view his brother. Check out the statue of another kind of steel pounding man, John Henry's Brother. As we heard this statue has been here since the early 80's and was made by the same sculptor that made others in Auburn, and some of the ones in Sheldon. One of the workers at this place was Bruce and was instrumental in getting the design. If you look at the face you might even see Bruce. Rumor has it that the statue was inspired by a drawing by Norman Rockwell but this cannot be proven. This was placed with the owners permission so please respect that.
