Crumlin Clocktower
A prominent feature of the village is the town Clock Tower (1897) with its weather vane and cupola. Situated at the end of the Main Street by the stone bridge spanning the railway lines. Provided by the Pakenham family and friends as a memorial to a family member, Rev. Arthur Pakenham of Langford Lodge, they marked their gratitude to his acts of kindness. Antrim Borough Council recently had the Clock Tower restored. The bridge attached to the Tower was erected using material from the ground nearby, leaving two large ponds of water on either side of the tracks. One is now filled-in and built upon, the other still visible between the lines and the rear of the Market Yard.
The cache is at the base of the tower When visiting the cache beware of mougles
