The Mountain State Geocaching Society would like to welcome you to the first of many Meet and Greet events for Geocachers in the West Virginia Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas.
Who: West by God Virginia Eastern Panhandle and surrounding area geocachers
What: Food and Friends (New and Old)
Where: Buffalo Wild Wings in Martinsburg, WV
When: February 27th 6PM - until
Why: To get to know cachers in the area, welcome and meet new cachers in the area
OK and to eat, talk geocaching, and trade bugs and coins.
Extra things to keep in mind:
* If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at one of the events, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the events list. If a trackable sits as being listed in the event for a couple of months, the cache owner is the one that gets the e-mail from the TB owner(s).
* Each person attending will be responsible for any costs incurred for food and drinks.
