Just off of the road, with plenty of room to get off the road if you happen to be in a camper or truck. The road running south goes to a government training site, so, you are apt to see them as they come and go past this cache.
I went out and checked this, and, it had been muggled. Looks to me as though someone had been setting off fireworks and found it. Lot more trash around too. This is a plastic coffee can container with a log and goodies aimed more at the young set.
