Geocache Description:

Braliukai (LV) stands for Broliukai (LT) meaning The Brothers (EN).

This event was initiated by Latvian part of our geobrotherhood for the reason to get together and know each other better. Many of us have been caching for several years now, but very seldom had an opportunity of an eyeball contact. The cache will happen around 12:00 on February 28 at the coords listed above. We will most likely migrate to some shelter if the nature presents us a snowshower or similar surprise. No physical container, just many geocachers at one place. Some will be hanging around the coords for quite a bit. An LTF award will be issued to the Last To Find (non eligible after 1PM). Bring along migrators should you happen to posses some. We will exchange Travel Bugs and Geocoins during the meeting to help them with their missions. Take your caching tools with you so there will be something to learn. But most importantly bring yourself in a good mood with lots of great geostories to share. Free mobile WiFi Internet should be accessible at cache place (limited to four connections at a time), try not to abuse it much downloading few PQs at a time since all will be sharing one 3G connection. This is NOT the meeting for only Lithuanian and Latvian brothers. Be you a sister from Estonia or a mother from Egypt - welcome. The meeting place is in Vingio Parkas, a wonderfull piece of nature in the middle of the city by Neris river. There are convenient places to park your cars in the vicinities, the waypoints will be provided shortly. Take some food and drinks with you. We will talk for an hour or two and then spread out to do some trbpnpuvat. Depending on what we decide we may have a dinner by night in some cosy place or stay caching overnight or go to Kaunas for some extreme caches. Whatever we decide.
