Je viens de terminer (oui, enfin) le Da Vinci code, de Dan Brown.
Pas mal intéressant ce p'tit livre.
Je comprends plusieurs caches énigmes basées sur ce roman. En voici
une à la saveur Tipete.
I just finished (yes, at last) the Da Vinci code, by Dan Brown,
Pretty fascinating this 'lil book.
I understand various puzzle caches to be inspired by this novel. I
present here one with a Tipete twist.
Lors d'une visite à Paris, je me suis promené pour revoir des
scènes du livre. Ici, la Rose Ligne de Paris.
Le méridien de Paris est le méridien passant par le centre de
l'Observatoire de Paris. 135 médaillons de bronze de 12 cm de
diamètre matérialisent depuis 1994 le tracé du méridien dans la
ville en hommage à Arago.
J'ai ajusté mon GPS pour suivre cette ligne avec facilité, sauf que
j'ai oublié de le remettre à normal lors de mon retour à Montréal
lors de la prise de coordonnées de cette cache. J'ai ajouté le WP
ci-dessous (Outaouais entre le Québec et l'Ontario!!), mais j'ai
besoin de votre aide pour retrouver la cache. Je sais qu'elle est
sur l'île de Montréal.
During a trip in Paris, I walked around to visualize some of the
book scene. Here the Rosslyn of Paris.
The Paris Meridian is a meridian line running through the Paris
Observatory in Paris, France. 135 Arago medallions are set along
the Paris Meridian for 9.2 km, in memorial to Arago and his work on
the meridian and his measurements of the Earth.
I have adjusted my GPS to follow this line easily, except that I
forgot to reset it when I came back to Montreal where I took this
cache coordinates. I included the WP below (The Outaouais between
Québec and Ontario!!), but I need your help to find the cache. I
know it is on the island of Montreal.
