 A Cache Tribute to Tick & Nammie

Note: This cache was originally placed for Go and Get 'Em 13.
This is a tribute cache to Tick & Nammie, who started the Go and Get 'Em (GAG) events, hosting the first one on February 23, 2002. You can view the archived cache page here. They also introduced me to geocaching, so I owe them a thank you. If you view Tick & Nammie's cache listings, you'll notice a definite fondness for gnomes; hence, the gnome theme for this cache.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates, although it is a great place to park. To find this cache, you must solve the following puzzle. The cache can be found at North AB CD.EFG, West HI JK.LMN.
