By popular request:- Second Part of the Fradley Junction Series - You have already had "straight on" this time it's "left"

A pleasant walk along the towpaths of the Trent & Mersey Canal towards Alrewas - The fields here are pretty open so if it's windy do your coat up. There are loads of moorings for narrowboats if you want to see the variations of decoration and canal art (and smell the lovely woodsmoke from the stoves)

The towpath can be a little uneven and muddy but not so much so that it becomes dangerous. However, as with all caches involving water, please be careful if you are bringing GeoKids with you Parking can be at Fradley Junction Car Park (for which there is a charge and opening hours) or alternatively, you can park in the Lanes nearby. Public transport is as noted in "Fradley Junction - Man From Atlantis" This series of caches almost joins up another, just outside Alrewas so, make a day of it if you have the time and enjoy this area, it's lovely in all seasons. Be aware, the towpaths are very popular and stealth will be required as muggles seem to appear from nowhere Please rehide as well as, if not better than you found it. Thanks.
