You are looking for a blue bison tube. That I found in a cache a long time ago. Please roll up log and place in cap first when replacing. It makes it much easier.

Container will be hidden in a special way. You may have to look around a little bit. No tools will be needed. Place be careful when replacing so it can retreived by the next person.
