This cache is located on Harbor Blvd. You are able to pull off the road away from traffic, although please use good judgment if you are uncomfortable. This is why there is a terrain of 2.
I pass by this location at least five days out of the week. I have always wondered why it smells so awful here. I see that there is some kind of factory on the other side of the fence… is that what really smells?
