In my backyard ... Traditional Cache

Well, it's not my backyard, but close enough! The terrain is easy, I just added a slight degree of difficulty due to the uneven topography, not suitable for mobility challenged cachers or those easily frightened.
Over our years of caching, we've been amazed at the number of places we are taken to that we just never noticed before. And, the skill we have developed at finding places that others may not know of has led us to this historic Houston haunt.
And, when I say haunt, I mean it. This place is reportedly haunted by the ghost of Mary White, one of its inhabitants. Although, to find this small cache you won't need to find her! Historic, you may ask. Yes, it was founded in 1875 - which, by Houston standards is significant. But, you won't fully understand until you venture into my neighborhood.
It's easy to find if you know what you're looking for and parking is nearby. Please place the cache as you found it.
