Alfa's pedestrian bridge.
The main idea of pedestrian bridge is to let pedestrians cross the street without danger and waiting, also keep traffic undisturbed.
But this one is most useless bridge I have ever seen. It is not suitable for wheelchairs and perambulators, so part of people still crosswalk street at ground level instead using bridge. Also it is so high that time you spend using bridge is longer than time to wait the green light and crosswalk street at ground level.
Actually bridge is almost unused.

Gajeju tilta merkis ir laut cilvekiem škersot ielu bez liekas riskešanas un gaidišanas, ka ari atbrivot satiksmi no liekas apstašanas.
Bet šis tilts ir pavisam nepraktisks. To nevar izmantot cilveki ratinkreslos un maminas ar bernu ratiniem, tadel dala cilveku joprojam izmanto gajeju pareju, lai škersotu ielu. Ka ari laiks, kas nepieciešams tilta škersošanai, ir ilgaks, neka sagaidot zalo signalu un parejot ielu par zebru.
