Taoiseach: Very well. If I'm going to spoil the hilarious anonymity of this cache by performing CO actions on the cache page, it is going to be to archive it.
To give the back story to the joke behind this cache, it was a long running theme to make fun of Mr. Packrat for never having hidden a cache. Bluelamb & I hid intentionally poor caches under his name for GAG 13, but then he actually did hide a cache for the event. Making it all that much funnier, his cache was wildly against the guidelines and was archived by the next morning. You have to admit, a lamppost cache on a lamppost without a skirt is pretty funny. We might have a bit of a mean sense of humour, but you could tell that he found it kind of funny.
Anyway, in an effort to preserve the long dead joke, I would always just maintain the cache quietly, removing any needs maintenance icons and enabling the cache as necessary, and then immediately delete the log. Since people have felt the need to force my hand on this matter, there's no reason to keep this cache active. It was an intentionally poor cache, so it does have considerable maintenance issues.
With that being said, I did replace the missing container not too long ago. I was debating archiving it then, but I knew here were some people who might want to try again, so I gave it a temporary reprieve (quietly and anonymously, of course). It will likely be a few days before I get out that way to remove the container, but there's a definite chance that you'll find something if you go look. If not, let me know ant it will save me a trip up there.
