Geocache Description:

The mayor knows where the cache is. He is willing to publish it to everyone, who visit him. And don't be afraid of the dog - he is the most friendly being in the world.

You'll find all the needed numbers above his head.

Left number + number of letters = A
Right number + number of letters = B
Ax44+43 = XXX
Bx44+95 = YYY

The cache's location:

The hideout's size is something to a cookie box and it was not built-in in first place. It opens from the right side. There's no trading stuff in the cache. The cache can be found with any weather.

Recommendation: don't drive a car from one point to another or you will miss a lot.
