In Gedenken an die Opfer der Pest wurde auch in St. Valentin eine Pestsäule errichtet.

Ganz in der Nähe ist dieser einfach zu erreichende Traditionell. Für Spazierer, die eine kleine Rast einlegen wollen und für Autofahrer, die mal eben schnell vorbei kommen.

Der Cache ist nur 700m von der Autobahnabfahrt St. Valentin (A1 KM151) entfernt und das ganze Jahr erreichbar. Im Sommer sind teilweise Muggels unterwegs.

Um den PET-Ling zu heben brauchst du etwas metallisches.

Geschichtliches:
Die Steinsäule mit Maria Immaculata (die unbefleckte Maria) mit himmelrichtenden Blick wurde vom Besitzer des Hofbauerngutes (heute Lehermayr) Friedrich und Elisabeth Bauer und Steffi Lackner errichtet nachdem sie das Gelübte abgaben, wenn die Pest allerorts aufhören sollte, würden sie eine Pestsäule errichten, daher der Name.
Die Inschrift ist leider nicht mehr lesbar daher das echte Errichtungsdatum nicht eruierbar. Es wird vermutet, dass es gegen 1720 war, denn zu diesem Zeitpunkt endete die letzte Pest im Bereich.

ENGLISH: In remembrance to the victims of the plague was a memorial also built in St. Valentin.
Near this pillar you can find this traditional. It is for making a rest while walking but you can also make a quickie by driving with a car. You need something metallic to grab the PET-cache.
The cache is only 700m from the highway exit St. Valentin (A1 km151) and you can reach it all over the year. But in summer there can be some Muggels.
Please hide the about 1 litre large cache as good as you found it, that children and other people can't find it at the first sight.
Also please do not remove logbook and pencil.
