"La casa con le zampe", si trova nel Villaggio dei giornalisti, "città giardino" a nord-ovest dalla stazione centrale di Milano. L’edificio è un blocco di cemento armato di due piani abitabili, innalzato su pilotis rettangolari che creano al piano terreno un porticato direttamente collegato al giardino circostante. Tra il 1932 e il 1934 l' Arch. Figini progetta e realizza la propria abitazione,  Nel progettare la casa,  tenta di mettere a fuoco un preciso modello abitativo urbano e antiurbano al tempo stesso, caratterizzato fortemente dal rapporto tra il costruito e lo spazio aperto, tra l'edificio e la natura in cui si contestualizza e di cui si attornia ( anno1932 era un pò diverso ).   Figini House, "The house with the legs", is located in the Village of journalists "garden city" in north-west from the central station in Milan. The building is a two-storeyed residential building,  raised on rectangular pilotis creating on the ground floor a porch directly connected to the garden. Between 1932 and 1934 the  Arch Figini designs and builds his house. In designing the house, he tries to explain a specific urban and unurban model of housing at the same time, strongly characterized by the relationship between built and open space between the building and the nature in which context it is surrounded (in1932 it was a little different).
