Little Blue - Walsall Church Gems
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This cache is one of a series set at or near churches in walsall. Thanks to The Washers and Izzy and the Lizard King for their Shropshire Church Gems which inspired us.
Crescent Baptist Church was built in 1919 on a corner plot between The Crescent and Lumley Road. This was the permanent building for the congregation that met at the Temperance Hall Walsall.
It is a very well kept single storey church, constructed from wood and asbestos, with small porch and apex roof. At the rear is a brick sunday school room which was added in 1934. We call it the Little Blue Church because it has a blue front door.
NOTE: THE CACHE IS LOCATED NEAR TO THE CHURCH
The cache is a small magnitic key-holder with log only. Please being a pen / pencil. Sorry no space for FTF badge.
