To find this cache you must find Cabin Fever. The coordinates are on the lid.
Bennington Lake was created in 1942 after a history of damaging floods in the Walla Walla Valley. Mill Creek is monitored during the spring run off and any excess water is diverted into the lake.
Visitors to the lake may enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, picnicking, as well as bicycling, strolling, jogging, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and wildlife viewing.
The lake is open year-round 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
