Cache released as part of the "Cartoon Cache Series" for the “Rippin ‘Round the Red: Loony Toons Poker Run” geo-event May 2009.
The road is maintained during the winter but may be muddy in the spring and after rain.
ELMER FUDD
Elmer Fudd first appeared in Chuck Jones' 1940 short, "Elmer's Candid Camera", having evolved from Tex Avery's 1937 character, Egghead, in "Egghead Rides Again". Having undergone many refinements over time in appearance and mannerisms, two things have remained constant for Elmer -- his aim to shoot Bugs Bunny (he usually ends up seriously injuring himself) and his misplacing the letters /r/ and /l/ with a /w/ when speaking. Lacking the malice of a true villain, Elmer was fraught with gullibility, a short temper, and a shorter attention span. His catch phrase is, "Be vewy vewy quiet, I'm hunting wabbits".
