Kincaid woods is part of the large chunk of property purchased from
the Oscar Kincaid estate upon his death in 2000. The Decker-Kincaid
house is across the street from and north of the trailhead and was
built in 1795. The farm was in operation from that time until
Kincaid's death.
Now it is part of Pyramid Mtn park.
