This cache is located near the top of Jubilee parkway , just before the Inland Island Hwy.You can park by the gate to the tower . Hailholl used to have his tower cache in this area . Once you park it is a short walk to where the cache is. When its really wet you'll probably need boots because it does get quite wet . It is a easy walk with minimal bush wacking.
This cache is the first one of its type that I have done . It is a small cylinder with a pen and logbook. It also contains a few pins and charms , there isn't room for any large items. Please leave the cache as you found it.
