At Lake Chabot Regional Park. Enter at main entrance at the marina. Head around Lake Chabot to the right (counter clockwise) Five miles round trip.

Cache is a cammo'd plastic jar. Locate it to find out who is the "Water King". A famous treasure hunter may have already beat you to the cache.
