What State is This? Traditional Cache

The cache is pretty much sitting on the NY/NJ state line in Hewitt SP. Trail Map #21 is recommended.
There's a little sign saying so. Garmin and Google both think the state line was about 250 feet north of here, however. So the little sign surprised me.
You can probably take the blue trail to here. I didn't, but it shouldn't be far. Very nice view, I couldn't resist putting a cache here.
The little state line signs area actually placed a lot closer than most trail markers in this park! I followed them for awhile.
