Located a short distance from parking this will be an easy walk along a paved path. The few feet to the cache are not paved.
Parking is available in the business district at the south end of the trail. The path is seldom used. It is separated from the roadway. The cache is a plastic tube located a short distance off the paved path. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from parking to the cache. Looking west across the road into the valley, you will see a bend in Caulks Creek. The creek is prone to flooding due to drainage from the subdivisions upstream.
