Another cache for the sea front at Lytham. This is located a short distance away from several football pitches that see heavy use during the season at weekends. It was snowing when I placed this cache and I was rather happy about the fact it wasn't me out there in shorts.
The cache itself is small and camoflaged to fit in with its surroundings. It is capable of holding a modest number of small items. It is hidden alongside the pleasant coastal path on public land (no need to enter the adjacent field). There is ample free parking at co-ordinates provided, which is only a short walk from the cache site.
Watch out for dog walking muggles.
