In Scout Forest off Mapleward Road
As we were driving down Mapleward Road, we spotted a "Scout Trees for Canada" forest of Jackpine, probably 20 feet high. There was a sign near-by which indicated that these tree were planted on May 12, 1990 by the Thunder Bay Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers.
With being a Scout leader from Marathon, I thought this would be a great spot for a geocache.
This cache has been placed as part of the "Spring Cache Challenge 2009" Event.
