Roadside cache near Flemingstown in south County Kilkenny.
This monument has been erected to celebrate the winning of the All Ireland Hurling Championship by Kilkenny. It is decorated in the GAA colours of the county.
They are outright leaders having won the title 34 times in the 124 years the competition has been run.
Warning - the road is quite narrow and the cache location is near a junction. There is a good parking spot at the field entrance east of GZ.
The cache is a small plastic canister. Please replace securely after logging. BYOP.
