Three Hundred FortyFirst in the Famous People (FP) Series - Niles Crane
Dr. Niles Crane (born 1957) is a fictional character on the American sitcom Frasier, a spin-off of the popular show Cheers. He was portrayed by David Hyde Pierce. Niles is the younger brother of Frasier Crane and the son of Martin Crane.
"Niles is intelligent, well-dressed and badly married," says David Hyde Pierce, who received an Emmy nomination and a Viewers for Quality Television Award as Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of the snobbish psychiatrist Niles Crane, brother to the title character on "Frasier."
Pierce adds: "Nile's wife, Maris, is cold yet distant, but Niles loves her...probably because she reminds him of his mother. His relationship with Frasier is a mix of sibling rivalry, condescension, passive aggression and brotherly love."
Like Frasier, Niles was named for one of his mother's lab rats ("Are You Being Served"). Also like Frasier, Niles was an unusually sensitive child when growing up, and a frequent target for bullies. As a result, he was quite close to his older brother, and at the same time fiercely competitive with him. Like Frasier, Niles also preferred fine arts, music, and intellectual pursuits to boyhood activities like sports.
Niles would feel very lonely and isolated back here with this cache. A small cone shaped preform is hidden in the Stouts Creek Cemetery. These containers do have room for some smaller type trade items, but still, there's no
inside. That's okay though, it's a nice walk back to the vehicle to get one should you forget. Because we know you would never walk away without actually signing the log, now would you?
FP cemetery caches are always placed with regards to the location, so please be mindful of your presence here, watch where you step and be respectful of the residents interred here. Please carefully re-hide the container better to maintain the integrity of the cache.
