Within this monument, a tree was planted by the Earl of Plymouth on the 9th March ABCD, replacing the Peace Tree which was planted in 1919.
Replace the above letters with numbers from the year on the plaque that this tree was planted.

It looks like the cache guardian is called Andrew I shall check out the opening hours, they should be longer now
The difficulty is high because of the limited availability of the cache.
