prizes and congratulations to Shortman who won a prize for
travelling the furthest with his Dad, Plumb 69 and Erin-go-cache
who won door prizes and S of Bright Shining Stars who won the kids
hide and seek prize.. Thanks also to those who donated snacks and
to everyone who attended and made it a successful event on this
snowy day - what a great turnout!

With the long winter we've had so far, I've heard people say that
they have trackables that they can't move on. It does seem that
most of the accessible caches are micros that are above the snow,
but there are intrepid cachers out there who are digging out the
small and regular sized caches still!!
So, here's an event where you can bring along those trackables that
you havn't managed to place and let someone who can, 'grab' them
from you. For those who are finding those trackable sized caches,
it's an opportunity to grab some trackables to place out there
:-)
Note: This is an opportunity to trade TBs - you don't have to do
so - you could drop some off for someone else to pick up or come
along and pick some up, or just come along anyway!!
I also happen to know that there are some people out there who
need to attend an event or two to fill a requirement for a certain
new cache out there in a series...... so for you, here's a chance
to fulfill that requirement too.
There are also two winter friendly caches that are very close to
this location - one on the grounds and one over the road.
I'm planning on bringing along some DD products, but if anyone else
would like to bring along some snacks to share, that would be
appreciated.
