As with many of my other hides, I like placing caches in areas that might experience high traffic or muggle activity. This cache is no different. At times, this cache will rate a difficulty level of 1. At other times, mostly weekends during the summer, this cache will have a difficulty rating of 5. I have rated it a 3 because of this.
