Okay, it's no river but it can vary from a trickle to a torrent depending on the weather. Parking is a few feet away. It has been pointed out, with good reason, that the foliage near the cache is particularly nasty and care should be taken when touching it.
You're looking for a small plastic cookie jar. Plenty of room for trackables!
