Many travelers arrive in Regina and stay for the night in one of
the downtown hotels. Some of them are avid cachers and would like
the challenge to find a cache or two while in the city. Therefore,
this cache has been placed in the downtown area.
The cache is located in a very heavy muggle infested area. It will
be a challenge to retrieve the cache without being noticed, so
every percaution is required. Searching for the cache at night may
avoid "muggles" but then you may attract "Regina's finest"!
To avoid muggle detection the cache must be replaced
in its exact location.
All good cachers will always carry a
writing implement and also replace the cache "exactly" where they
found it!
