Geocache Description:

The cache is at the above posted coordinates, but you must fufill what is written below in order to find on this cache

A few years ago virtual, locationless, and webcam caches were phased out from Geocaching and now only a few old ones remain. However, Waymarking was created and all of the caches phased out of Geocaching are over at Waymarking.com.

What is waymarking?
Waymarking is a way to mark unique locations on the planet and give them a voice. While GPS technology allows us to pinpoint any location on the planet, mark the location, and share it with others, Waymarking is the toolset for categorizing and adding unique information for that location. Groundspeak's slogan is "The Language of Location" and our goal is to give people the tools to help others share and discover unique and interesting locations on the planet. We invite you to share your part of the world with us through Waymarking.com.

What is a waymark?

A waymark is a physical location on the planet marked by coordinates (latitude/longitude) and contains unique information defined within its waymark category. An outdoor maze waymark category, for example, could contain information like price of admission and days of operation, while a blogger waymark category may contain an option for the type of blog.

The boundaries for this challenge are any waymark that is within 10 miles of the coast. Measurements will be taken from the shore directly to the coordinates. If you need help finding out where it is send me an email through my profile.

The Rules

1. You must visit and log your visit for at least 10 Jersey Shore (within 10 miles of the coast) waymarks before you can log this cache. You cannot create 10 of your own.

2.You must fulfill the logging requirements as stated for each waymark category (e.g if an original photo is required you must post an original photo with your log).
3. Some waymarks might be listed in multiple categories (e.g. a single church could be listed under the Old Church, Catholic Church and National Historic Register categories). Such waymarks only count for one visit.
3. You must list the waymark code (WM____) of each waymark that you visited in your cache log
4. Any logs that do not comply with the above will be deleted

The cache itself is located on the beach in Sea Girt, the perfect place for a cache based around the Jersey Shore. Please place the cache back exactly where you found it to prevent it from being blown away. Let me know if this is too hard to get to. The shifting sands may make this one tough to get to. Due to the tons of people flocking down to this beach during the summer months the cache will be located further inland, but that will be determined when the time comes. Have fun!
